I scream. You scream. We all scream for ice cream. Good thing it is free cone day at Ben & Jerry’s. It is their way of saying thank you and I think it should be our way of saying, “you’re welcome” by taking them up on their offer.
In Hampton Roads I only was able to locate four locations, three of them are at the oceanfront. (I guess that screams - what tourist doesn’t like a cone while walking the boardwalk?)
